Sun Blushed Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup (v)
Served with a warm crusty petit pain

Smoked Salmon Roses
Served with cream cheese on a bilibi and garnished with fresh dill

Chicken Liver Paté 
Laced with Whiskey and served with Melba toast, chutney, celery and grapes

Chicken Caesar Salad
Grilled Chicken served on a bed of romaine lettuce and garnished with crunchy croutons, shaving of parmesan and Caesar dressing

Main Course

Roast Turkey              Roast Beef              Roast Pork

Served with a buffet of pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes/mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots and parsnips, green peas, broccoli and brussel sprouts and gravy
