COVID-19: Westone Manor Hotel update

In order to comply with the latest Government guidelines,  all bookings are cancelled up to 14th April 2020. The Hotel remains open for key workers (bookings must be made in advance).

The wellbeing of our guests and staff are of paramount importance. We are monitoring and adopting the WHO standard recommendations and following the government guidelines to reduce exposure & transmission of COVID-19.

We are taking standards of hygiene and cleanliness very seriously to help combat the spread of the virus. Additional measures are in place with increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in the public areas, paying attention to ‘high’ touch surfaces such as, entrances, front reception desk, handrails, door handles, lift and public toilets amongst others.

  • Social distancing will be implemented in all public areas. Please ensure you maintain a minimum of 2 meters between other guests and staff.
  • Hotel guests will be able to order food and drinks for room Services only
  • Room Service orders will be delivered to your door at no extra cost. You are kindly asked to take this from the trolley/table place outside your door into your room. Please leave the tray outside the door of your room for collection.

Our staff are taking extreme measures to ensure the highest levels of hygiene standards are maintained throughout all areas of our hotels and offices. In some areas, changes have been made to our service offering to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.

About your accommodation booking

During these difficult times when uncertainty continues to grow, we are making temporary amendments to our terms and conditions for guests with existing bookings and with new bookings with increased flexibility*, commencing from 20th March to 31st May 2020 (check-in and check-out has to be between 20th March to 31st May 2020) .

All flexible bookings must be cancelled or amended 48 hours prior to check-in time at 2pm. For guests who have booked non-refundable rate we are providing an opportunity to postpone if they so wish, subject to availability and price which must be like-for-like basis. It means the same type of room and the same duration of stay. A price difference pay incur should there be a difference.
